with out fancy & expensive gear. I would like keep track of exercises for:
1) I have had a moderate heart attach
2) Lower back pain
3) knee - legs. I have had one knee replacement and would like to save my other original knee.
I like the challenge point system. I reminds me and keeps me on track. Oh with the above exercises it would be nice to lose some weight. I try to walk a mile and exercise for 30 minutes a day. I can't find how to get some the exercises that are good for me in the challenges. -------- Like some of the "exercises of the day", how do I get it added to my program?
