i have been exercising for 5 months now. i have lost 2 inches on my bust,3 in the waist...but those Darn hips! still the same measurement...any one have suggestions? or is this about right for a female?ooh......you probably want to know i walk/jog 2 miles 2x a week. do a hour of Yoga on tues.... 1 hour of Pilates on wed...Belly dance for a hour on thurs. and am learning Fencing for a hour on sun.
