Just to add one more thing...SparkPeople does not recommend that you track ST activities, outside of circuit training, in your cardio fitness tracker due to the large number of variables involved.

You can add your own strength exercises manually at any time by clicking the add strength button... it wil let you enter the sets, reps, and weight) if applicable) - if you're using a pregenerated workout, you can also swap.

I do weightlifting for 30 minutes 3X/week, but in the options, they only have specific workouts...is there anywhere i can put in my weight-lifting?
