I go out really early in the morning, keep the hose set to mist in case I need a quick cool down, and then relax in the pool later on. emoticon

I ride my bike; the breeze as I ride keeps me cool. I try to do my outside running in the morning. After work I'll go to the gym. If the temps are in the mid to low 90s, I'll run at a slower pace and shorter distance outside.

I'm a pale-faced Floridian who hides from the sun, so I either take a bike ride before dawn OR use equipment in the community exercise room that's frigid with air conditioning.

I am trying to get up early enough to walk before the heat hits. But we still have a huge issue with humidity and mosquitos!! It was dangerous walking this morning without being carried away by the bugs.

When it was in the 100's I mostly exercised inside except the day I played golf. I did run one time in the very early morning, but it was not great because of the humidity. Thankfully we are over our heatwave so I'm back outside (except when in the gym doing weights. Yesterday i took a bike ride with my husband in the evening and it felt so great! I love summer :)

Having kids, No time, and the heat... I have to workout inside on my trusty treadmill! The husband and I are looking to get a rower and I am excited!

I live in southern Arizona, so heat is a problem for at least half of the year. I do a 3 mile walk as soon as I wake up (about 6:30) to get it over with before it gets too hot. If I feel real spunky, do it again in the late evening when it starts to cool.

I went for a walk yesterday when it was about 90, heat index must have been 100, didn't bring any water because I thought I was only going to go for a short one, but I had a lot of energy so I decided to to my normal 3.5 miles and halfway through I thought I was going to pass out. So today I'm going to wait until evening and I will be bringing water with me.

the heat here has gotten up to 105 degrees f, and thats before you add the heat index so I am curious as to how others manage getting a workout without having a heat stroke.
