Health is positivity in motion that creates a better quality of life for yourself and others. Positive thoughts, positive attitude, positive actions, good spending and saving habits, healthy nutrition choices, etc.
I walk, I don't run, never have. Lost over 200 pounds doing this. But it is my opinion that structured would be beneficial, even if only 10-15 minutes. Sometimes we do do "misread" our bodies signals when we are grazing and all it wants is bed.

having lost 35 lbs i know i am healthier than i was however i don't exactly feel healthy. i could walk 5 miles but i don't really care that i can't run a 5K. i never stop at work except for break and lunch. my diet includes fruit and veggies but i stil have those periods of not being able to find the right satisfying snack so i keep grazing until making myself go to bed early because it is obvious nothing can satisfy. how can i get my mind to believe i am healthy or do i really have to run and do structured exercise to be healthy?
