depends on the week and if i have any meetings at work or volunteer work to do. most of the time i can go a few days w/o caffeine and not have a problem. I haven't become "addicted" to it. So, if I get busy, i can go a whole week w/o it. not always awake, but I can do w/o it if i have to or forget.
I would never talk to my BFF the way I talk to myself about my body.

Since I only started drinking coffee late 2006 I can't say that I am much of a coffee drinker in general, though I do like my morning cup of the stuff (when I actually do drink it all, lol most times I pour a cup and will take a couple sips then go rushing off and not have another cup till later in the evening).
I can take or leave it in general, though longest I've left it would be like 6 months solid, not sure really since I'm the only one in our family who drinks it N would if he could but he can't he's allergic to caffeine so even decaf isn't much of an option most of the time with him less he's got big time migraine then it helps lesson it to degrees.
Only thing I do know is that drink coffee = drinking less pop so works for me in that regards (and I mean all pop not just the pop with caffeine in it).
