I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and Lupus. I take prednisone and methotrexate which are pretty unpleasant but do seem to be helping. Some days are better than others.
I try to do a small amount of exercise every day to stop the muscles in my legs wasting as I'm unable to walk very well due to my deformed feet, so I concentrate on swimming and cycling and once a week I do Aquafit for Arthritis. Exercise is painful and sometimes I can only manage 10 or 15 minutes but it helps me feel like I'm making progress and makes me feel better in myself.
I feel for you being in daily pain so very much! I have had one rough year as far as health. I have had bad periods, passing a kidney stone. and gas problems. I am a bear by now with so many off days, in fact another bad period with gas problem on top of that as we speak I really do feel for you, ,nd I hope you find comfort through medication, I hate to know people are in pain daily. :(

I have joint hypermobility which has led to "wear and tear" arthritis in my weight bearing joints. Exercise has helped a lot with managing pain. When I stop working out I end up back on medicine. I take it a lot less when I take care of myself. I hope all who deal with daily pain can find ways to better manage it.

I am in the midst of a funky neck/shoulder/arm pain thing that has been a pretty solid 8 on the pain scale for a couple of months. Started PT a week ago and it has gotten some better but it has been hard on the exercise routine and the sleep schedule on a regular basis.

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis with all over myalgia. I am in pain on a daily basis as well. I have only been diagnosed for less than a year and am trying to get the right combination of meds so that I can function each day. Right now my good days are few and far between.
