We're going to buy what we like and bulk is, sometimes the way to go. Don't eat out of the bag and make individual portions to eat later. Drinking water before and during will help you get fuller sooner.

drink some water after having your serving. This will slow you down, fill you up and it could be that you were thirst too.
Options: Don't buy any Buy single service bags Measure out portion in baggies and eat one serving Choose a more nutritious snack...bag of baby carrots, celery, cucumbers, red peppers, broccoli, cauliflower or air popped popcorn.
