We're going to buy what we like and bulk is, sometimes the way to go. Don't eat out of the bag and make individual portions to eat later. Drinking water before and during will help you get fuller sooner. emoticon

drink some water after having your serving. This will slow you down, fill you up and it could be that you were thirst too.

I take a little and then give the bag to my daughter who keeps it from me just in case

I read the "Serving Size" on the food label and measure portion to their guidelines.

Don't buy family size buy, single bag or put some in a beggie and put the big bag away.

Options:
Don't buy any
Buy single service bags
Measure out portion in baggies and eat one serving
Choose a more nutritious snack...bag of baby carrots, celery, cucumbers, red peppers, broccoli, cauliflower or air popped popcorn.
Praise yourself for asking the question and changing your lifestyle!

Think about what is the next thing you'll do when you're done snacking. As that image becomes compelling, the bag becomes less so and you can put it down more easily.
