Honestly, I don't see weighing yourself often being a problem unless it becomes an obsessive thing. If you can weigh yourself daily and recognize (but not worry) about fluctuations, then I personally don't see a problem. I am one of those people who weighs daily and just find the fluctuations in weight interesting and can usually figure out why..

I record my weight once a week on Wednesday. However, I am a true scale junkie. I weigh my self morning, noon, and night seven days a week. I love weighing myself before I go to bed and immediately when I wake up. Dropping 2 lbs just by sleeping for 6 hours just amazes me. Why bother exercising when you can lose weight by taking a nap.

This is a question I often ask. I"v read on article that said every day then another once a week. I would think it would be how often you would want to see your loss/gain. I'm opting for once a week. I'm to neurotic to do it every day. I would drive my self crazy. But that's me.
