I track my workout by picking what seems the closest. So, for something like that, I might pick the moderate strength training if I didn't feel like listing out the individual exercises and sets.
I am 5'4". Starting Weight (4.6.11) 164.6 First Goal 130 - Reached September 2011 Lowest weight: 116 Gained back 40 or so pounds and now getting back to it.

i was just doing the No more back fat!Improve your posture and firm your back with this fun and effective routine and i don't know how to do this on the fitness tracker and i just put a lot of dumbbell exercises that sounded right. i don't want to put the wrong thing on there and not just that workout but all the youtube workouts how do you track them?
