HI IT'S JUST ME TRYING ONCE AGAIN TO LOSE WEIGHT. WELL, 3 MONTHS AGO I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH DIABETES TYPE2 AND I JUST STARTED TO LOSE WEIGHT. I HAVE TO COUNT THE CARBS AND SUGAR AND WOW THAT IS A REAL STRUGGLE FOR ME SOME DAYS BUT THIS LAST TEST THE END OF DECEMBER SHOWED THAT MY BLOOD SUGAR IS NORMAL. WOW WHAT A RELIEF. I AM STILL TESTING EVERY DAY AND TAKING MEDICATION BUT THIS WAS MY BIG WAKE UP CALL. I AM ALSO DOING TAI CHI CLASS AND TAP DANCING CLASS. THAT'S IT.
