Congrats on taking control of your health! It takes courage to face stuff like that head on, and so much easier to just bury your head in the sand and ignore it. You are doing GREAT, so keep it up!!

HI IT'S JUST ME TRYING ONCE AGAIN TO LOSE WEIGHT. WELL, 3 MONTHS AGO I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH DIABETES TYPE2 AND I JUST STARTED TO LOSE WEIGHT. I HAVE TO COUNT THE CARBS AND SUGAR AND WOW THAT IS A REAL STRUGGLE FOR ME SOME DAYS BUT THIS LAST TEST THE END OF DECEMBER SHOWED THAT MY BLOOD SUGAR IS NORMAL. WOW WHAT A RELIEF. I AM STILL TESTING EVERY DAY AND TAKING MEDICATION BUT THIS WAS MY BIG WAKE UP CALL. I AM ALSO DOING TAI CHI CLASS AND TAP DANCING CLASS.
THAT'S IT.
