I've ordered food before and then realized what I was eating and threw it away. The next time (there's always seems to be a next time...) I did it and was able to rely on that past experience. Throwing away food that's not healthy gets a lot easier and empowering. Good for you.

Hey that's incredible. Funny thing I used to love Wendy's fries. Now my stomach cannot handle fast food at all. Actually I tell my friends that I am 7 years sobber from my A & W hamburger addiction. I live with the thought that if I eat even one I will become as big as I used to be almost 35lbs ago. Keep up the great work.

I use to eat fast food several times a week. I now only eat it about twice a month and it tastes horrible to me. I'm glad about it. It makes it easier to turn it down now.
