Hi RSIEBER! Welcome to Sparkpeople! Congrats on the weight loss! I am going to be honest with you. During the first couple of weeks on a low carb diet, some of the weight loss is from water. You should lose about 2 pounds per week after that, at least that's what I have read a thousand times, provided you are eating the appropriate amount of calories. You could probably speed it up a bit with alot of strength training and cardio. Hope this helps.

Hi. i am very new to spark people. i started ideal protein almost 3 weeks ago, the first two weeks i lost a total amount of 13 pounds. i have 7 more weeks before my sister's wedding and would like to lose about 25 more pounds, is this even possible?
