Yeah, FUNCTION is an important component of health for me - I can climb stairs without crawling, walk without limping and reach all the places needing washing in the shower!!! Keep your Spark bright!

This has been an amazing week for me! Down 9 lbs on weigh in day, fit into a pair of smaller shorts, and now today I managed to run up the flight of stairs (to grab my belt which is now on the second smallest hole) and I wasn't huffing and puffing by the time I got to the top!!!
