okay... just noticed that when i log my time and miles for virtual race that it ADDS to my fitness tracker. i understand the concept BUT I log my exercise and my walking miles and THEN go to my other goals. now this is my third week and i just found out that it has been adding to my fitness tracker???
So i put on my fitness tracker that i walked 3 miles and did 2-3 10 minute videos and whatever else i did okay. Then i took the time for all that and went over to my virtual race tracker and logged the times and total mileage --- i found that it was adding that to my fitness tracker so it looks that i did 2x the working out!!! why, what am i doing wrong?
