I TRYED OTHER SITES IT DIDN"T HELP ME I LUV SPARK PEOPLE IT HELP ME OUT A LOT SO MUCH U CAN DO IT MOVATE ME I WILL GET TO MY WEIGHT GOAL IT WILL TK TIME .
