If you are currently walking, either start walking a little faster or walk a little farther. Definitely start tracking what you eat. Ten pounds in two weeks is a little ambitious. If you want the weight to stay off you should strive for no more than 1 or 2 pounds a week. Good luck!

i am trying to lose weight to the point where my stomach isnt big anymore,any ideas?
live longer,my weight goal is to lose 10pounds by august 10th,so far i lost 2pounds i am getter there to my 10 pounds
