That's awesome. Congrats on your success. Losing 1 pound per week is a great goal. It is attainable. I am doing the same, aiming for 1 lb per week till I reach my goal. Keep up the great work.

No, losing one pound a week is fine. You will look great in a swim suit this summer. My DD is 22 and she's 5'9" and 145# and she works out doing the P90X with Tony Horton. She has a lot of muscle so she looks really slim.

WOO HOO!!! I just weighed myself and in 1 week, I lost 1 pound!!! Is losing 1 a week too much? lol I don't know. My goal is to lose 10-15(at most) by July 1st. I use the wii fit balance board scale. I also went down in my BMI to 23.03.
