Too many Carbohydrates can cause gas & bloating such as rice, potatoes, and pasta, beans and peas. ELIMATE FOOD WITH SUGAR SOURCES. Sugar also causes bloat, and sugar alcohols, stay away from the diet’, ‘sugar-free’ or ‘low-carb’ products that contain sorbitol, mannitol or maltitol as they can make you feel yucky. Check labels on the foods you eat. WHEAT CAN ALSO produce gas. away from califlower, brocolli, beans & sprouts, onions and garlic other gas producing foods for awhile. Fried foods can cause bloat also. If this does not help see a doctor without delay as Diabetes and thyroid disorders can also cause stomach bloating and upset. SERIOUSLY DON'T WAIT.
Chamolie or peppermint tea can help because it acts as a carmative. Good for children too when they have a belly ache.
I used to have this problem, but since switching to low carb, it is gone. I don't really think if you are having these negative reactions that those are foods you should be eating. Find out which ones cause this, and replace them, or just remove them. You may have a wheat allergy, or gluten issues. A few changes, and you'll feel much better.
Might be a good idea to see a nutritionist about these problems.

yes i do try not to eat much bread and potatoes but maybe pasta to, saying that i dont have it every day maybe once/ twice a week, have just been told on another forum to try n avoid wheat n dairy n c how that goes, cud be lactose or wheat intolerent, bit hard tho, dont really no what i can eat then exspecialyy trying to cook for a family, we have baked beans sometimes to. and i eat alpen for breakfast would that have a bad effect on me to, i dont no what i can have. that will not make me bloat i cant live on salad lol. any recomened easy meals and snacks that would be non bloating. ?
I am sure someone more knowledgeable knows more than I do, but I would start with the pasta and see what kind of affect that has on you if/when you eat it, and go from there.

hi, im 8st 3lbs, was 9st about 2 months back but with stress from break up i lost weight but still ate just not as much. i love cooking and food and dont really eat unhealthy food, love pasta n salads and home cooking, n rearly eat chocolate n junk, but... when i eat i bloat, my belly look noticable bigger, i feel tired and like crap. ive tried to eat smaller portions but i still feel hungry, n still bloat n tired. i have two small children so i cook for them, usually home made cottage pie, spagetti bol, chicken n brocilli pasta bake, fish, fresh veg and salads. if i eat very small portions im ok ish, but still hungry and dont want to keep cooking and if we go out for a meal i dont like to waste it so i eat it and bloat. like a balloon. i work out and always busy, i just dont no why i do this, its really makes me tired, i also drink lots of water instead of fizzy drinks. i have started to feel much better when i eat not much. cuz im not bloated my bellys flatter n im not tired. i wud say im skinny but i dont want to be to skinny, i dont find it a good look to be all flati do have shape n not flat, and would not like to loose any more weight but tone up. just the belly, any tip please, any one else with same probelm,
