Great will power you have ! I admire you. Thanks for the info. For a tiny muffin too many calories so probably won't try them yet. I like muffins very much and stick with the regular size for 100 calories. Enjoy them for a snack before bed.

made it, didn't eat it. sent them to hubby's office on a try with all kinds of goodies that I didn't eat. made me feel good to smell them and make them. made me feel better that someone else was eating the calories...lol

it makes 12 of those tiny muffins, not the full size or giants from costco.

This recipe was submitted by MARENTWEETY., Calls for only 1 cup flour but makes 12 muffins. Doesn't seem like enough flour. How could I get in touch with MARENTWEETY to find out if this is an error or can somebody else help me ? I really want to make these muffins.
