SInce you are looking at a bowl of stewed tomatoes and cooked mac...you will be using an entry for cooked macaroni.

If you're reading the label, it's for uncooked. If you're looking at the Sparkpeople's database, their entries are for cooked unless otherwise noted.

When doing calculations is macaroni measured as cooked or uncooked??????????????
