This is the ONLY way I eat seafood.
You can use this recipe for fish, scallops or shrimp !!


SEAFOOD AU GRATIN

1/2 pound seafood
1/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 small garlic clove, finely minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


Place seafood a baking dish you have sprayed with Pam

Combine breadcrumbs and remaining ingredients, and sprinkle over seafood.

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until topping is golden.

thank for the the chinken ideal i do eat a of lot bake chicken i love fish just not sure how to do it in oven

Buy family packs of boneless skinless chicken ( its cheaper per pound ) and take each one and place in a ziploc bag with some marinade. When you take out your single serving of chicken to defrost, it will marinate at the same time !

Stir fry the chicken with some veggies and a serving of brown rice.

Ziploc freezer containers are great for soup. Make your favorite recipe and freeze the rest.

Make a Perdue oven stuffer roaster on Sunday and pick the meat off and make lunch and dinner for the week !

chicken sandwiches
chicken salad
chicken stir fry
chicken soup
chicken and veggies
chicken and pasta
etc etc

Omelets are great for one !
Mix in your favorite veggies and cheese and make some whole wheat toast.
Omelets are not just for Breakfast.
