I like to take my measurements monthly, it can be amazing the amount of inches that can be lost in a month.

I measure bi-weekly. I also keep a pair of tight jeans, and try them on weekly. Its a day of rejoicing when they fit comfortably and i have to get another tight size down!! I find it to be a much better indicator of my progress than the scale. I only weigh weekly.
how often do you take your measurements? do you notice a change when you're bloated? in your opinion, what are the major differences between taking measurements and weighing on the scale? which do you prefer?
i've only ever used the scale to measure myself before, but want to start relying on measurements instead.
