Yes I did. Last year I gained ten pounds back and I just could not for the life of me, lose it. I remember one specifically. I am sure there were others

I' ve had a few. It can be difficult to deal with the challenges that weight loss and dieting can bring, but I move past it pretty quickly.

If you focus on results, you will never change. If you focus on change, you will get results.

Not exactly a meltdown, but sometimes I give in to my fast food cravings or my midnight munchies, but I've never like, binged.

During your healthy life style change have you had a meltdown? A moment where you lost it? I did..........The other day I did. I felt so bad about my body. I was feeling so discouraged about my weight loss journey. I felt like I wasn't making any progress. I felt so hopeless. I just could not see the progress I have made. The next morning I needed a wake up call. I thought that maybe getting on the scales would do that for me. So before I stepped on the scales I asked Jesus to help me accept the number I was about to read. Well.........I had lost 1/2 lb.
