Have to admit i got lazy this past year.. No it;s time to pay the piper. lol
So now when I go to the fridge i ask myself if...I'm really hungry or bored?
Do i really need one more piece of thin pizza?

So i have had a mind set change & I'm noticing that i eat just to eat..
