The scale is not the only tool. Keep an eye also on your energy levels and how your clothes fit. Those things will also show your progress.

so I weighed in and NO weight lost this week. This is the first time since I have started that this happens but I am not going to beat myself over it..BUT when I measured myself I was so excited to see that I had lost inches and it was so nice to see... so Woo Hoo Lina.... emoticon emoticon
