Just do 10 minutes.

Also, I discovered that whether I get up at 5am and exercise or sleep in until 6, I am equally tired at 2pm, so I might as well get up and exercise and feel good about that.

I had been in a no-exercise slump for years until I joined SP. After speaking with my doctor I was given the advice that, although at first it might be difficult, waking up earlier and going to the gym first thing in the morning might be a good idea for me. When I get home from work, I'm too exhausted to have the motivation to exercise and all I want to do is relax in front of the TV. For the past month, I've made myself get up an hour before I used to before work and walk to the gym in my apartment complex. The results have been so fabulous in terms of energy throughout the day, being able to stick to my calorie requirements and simply feeling accomplished first thing in the morning that I don't think I'll ever stop this routine!
