having specific goals motivates me.

I actually love working out alone..strength training that is. But I also run alone 4 out of the 5 days a week that I do it, even though I don't love that. I have a 2 year old and he either goes to gym daycare, or I get up at 4 am and work out before everyone else gets up.

What motivates you? For me i'm finding it hard to get motivated to workout. I don't like working out alone...I'm sure no one does. I am a sahm looking for work so i have plenty of time to workout however my 2yr old gets into everything LOL. So what is a good motivation?

my life goal! mi
