Sorry, but the trophies are no longer available for that.

I have the same question as PACOISAWESOME. I get they don't send the emails out anymore, but is there a way to complete the stages and get the trophies? Is there a button somewhere to click or something?

So is there not any way to get the trophies for "completed stage 1, 2, 3, 4" I saw a spark member who recently got a "completed stage 2" trophy but I can't seem to find my email that explains how to get the trophies
Sorry, but there isn't a way to change that on the site, so you would need to keep track of that on your own.

How do you know what stage you are on?

So not only can you not get a trophy to show you have moved from one stage to the next, we have lost the ease of changing and completing the stages and we do not have the motivational emails either.
This site was recommended to me because of the way it was constructed, the amount of support that was available, the motivational and supportive emails that were sent to you etc. Now these have been removed. I don't know if anyone else feels the same as me but in a way I feel a bit at sea, let down, disappointed that the motivational support provided by the emails is no longer there and the ease of changing stages has gone. Seeing the information is "short form" is not the same as having daily reminders.
Sorry, but the emails have been discontinued. You can get all the information for those stages though by using the link I previously posted (you can scroll in this thread to see my other post with that info).
Greetings All! I know I am a little late to the conversation on this one but how do you set it up so you start getting the "Stage 2" emails and reminders? Its fine if its not on my Start page but it would be helpful to have the emails since I am not a regular visitor to the site. Thank you in advance!! ~ drunknherbalist

I am stuck with the reward "Completed Stage One" and I would love to say that I "Completed Stage Two" but it looks like I can't.
ty Coach Denise for providing both the direct link and the "path" to finding the stages.
I'm wondering however, why the change was made and if there's any kind of update regarding reinstating the points and award on the SparkPoints page?

I don't know when it happened and it's kind of discouraging .... I liked the fact that I could track the dates I went from one stage to another and also getting points for accomplishing certain goals that were tied to the stages. It was a form of acknowledgment, much like "goodies" and I both felt a sense of pride when I could look at my SparkPoints page & see this info there and had a sense of anticipation for when I might complete the next phase. Now I just feel an empty loss ....
why was this removed from both our main Start Pages & the SparkPoints page? and .... is there any hope of their return? .... hope so
Edit = maybe it could return as an "Opt In" kind of thing? Please?

There was no notice that I know about it. The change happened about a week or two ago?
You still have the stages on the site, they just aren't listed on the start page. A direct link to it: www.sparkpeople.com/resource/sparkdiet.asp , but you can also get to it on the site by going to the Healthy Lifestyle tab and select SparkDiet from the drop-down menu.
Does any one remember when they removed the feature the four stages of the spark diet. I went to change stages and tec.support told me that this reward has been removed from the site. but can be followed on your own was there any note telling us of the change. I will follow it on my own just wanted to know if i missed the notice of the change?? Thank you Fran
