Be cautious about free song downloads; while you can probably get almost any song you like for free, doing so is still a crime. :)

I am a cadence based runner (Chi Running), that means I run at a fixed cadence. I do not change my foot turnover to change speed, I change my stride length. Born to run has a tempo of 150 a bit slow for my needs, however, each to his own.

Below is a link to Jogtunes. It lets you select a tempo, a style and artist, etc and come up with a play list. In some cases provides a link to purchase the itune or mp3
