In NOV. 2012 I STARTED CURVES.IN JAN. 2013 I JOINED CURVES COMPLETE AND ZUMBA.CUVES IS 24 MINUTES OF CIRCUIT AND 5 MINUTES OF STRETCHING.ZUMBA IS 60 MINUTES ONCE A WEEK.CURVES COMPLETE IS 30 MINUTES 4 TIMES A WEEK.HAVE LOST 16 POUNDS AND 20.25 INCHES.CAN`T EAT THE HIGH RANGE IS TOO MUCH FOOD.MY RANGE IS 1,880-2,220 CALORIES A DAY BUT THEN HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT TO EAT WITH HOW MANY CALORIES YOU BURN A DAY? SO VERY CONFUSED AND STUCK,PLEASE HELP!THANK YOU!
