I'm fairly new to this as well. Is there a way to look up a recipe, click on it and move the info. needed for the tracker? I've been doing a search, hoping someone has already manually entered the recipe then adding it to my tracker. It only works if the title is the same as you are looking for. Do I make sense?

Dian287 - It'll get easier! I suggest you make a FAVORITE anything you'll eat at least once a week or even twice a month, and that will make it easier to find your common foods. And I love the GROUPINGS function so I can save my morning latte - which I'm in detox right now - 1 day down... :)

GREAT JOB on the running and the weight lifting! That is AWESOME. As many of us all too familiar with the lack of weight loss, tracking one's nutrition is fundamental to losing. TRUST ME, I struggle with it, too. Now that I am in full marathon training I am having to really track the my food to make sure I am hitting all my nutrient goals. Hang in there!

DIAN287,

You will have to enter in the recipe if you make any changes to the original recipe so that the calorie calculator will allow for the added calories. You are able to click on the button that reads, Add This Recipe to Meal Planner and it will automatically be added to your meal planner as it appears.

I hope this helps!

I'm picking recipes from this site but when its time to track on the website the recipes aren't on the tracker.

Example is the kale and carrot salad. I do know how much dressing is on the salad. I also add more kale then the recipe suggested. I'm at a loss what to put if i tried to manually seperate the ingrediants. When i picked the recipe it has how many calories per serving..can you just log in the calories?

I really want to give this a shot. I have never actually jounaled my food intake.
