I was a spark member before meeting my future husband 2 years ago and lost about 70 lbs. I quit when I met him and gained about 30 back. We don't have a date, but I want to lose 40 lbs and keep it off. I am very busy and really hope I can dedicate the time required to enter in my food choices daily as that is what worked for me before. I already workout 6 days a week with cardio so all I really want to change with that is lifting 3x per week. I recently got a promotion at work, senior project engineer in research and am starting graduate school tomorrow. I thought by telling everyone out there what's going on hopefully I can maintain strength.
