You are not doing anything wrong, my friend. I find that sometimes I just don't have much to say. I kind of "lurk" and then there will be days I have more time and am more active. I find I get the most from this website by browsing teh groups, blogs and message boards. When I find someone I have something in common with or feel like I can share something with them I post it. Please don't think we have forgotten you. Just keep plugging away, okay?

Welcome!!! Don't give up. When you first join there are auto posts that welcome you to the site and a lot of people will try to look for newbies. the best way to keep a line of communication running is to join a team. Some people are really busy on the site and others just stop by occassionally. Keep trying. It's worth the effort and you can achieve your goal. Keep Sparkin'!!!

I'm new at this, have lost 5#, and am really excited. The message boards, email, communication in general is confusing me, however. Is there where I'd post things? I got so many emails the first few days which really, really helped me. What am I doing wrong (or not doing) that I haven't gotten anymore? I guess, my question is, how do I communicate and maintain that support? I'd been in Weight Watchers numerous times in the past but never stayed for the meetings; I'd weigh in and be on my way. Maybe that's why I never had any great success. Any comments are welcome. Thanks!
