I looked at your tracker for 3/27 and 3/28, and I don't see any activities tracked. When you pull up your favorites, are you checking the box for your walk, putting in the time and clicking the Save button? Then you should see it show up at the bottom of the page.

I did that. Today I entered yesterday's 30 min and today's 30 min. When I went to REPORTS, (calorie differential daily) only yesterday's calories were evident. Today's were listed as a zero.

If you click on Account Preferences at the top left of your Start page, you can set your time zone from there.

See Calorie Differential over time...set it for daily and you'll see many days with no exercise color....I have a dog...I walk EVERY DAY!

Where do I go to set my time zone?

Is your time zone set correctly? I'm just wondering if it's already flipped over to the next day when you go in to enter your evening walk.

I just went into your account, found the favorites entry you mentioned and added 30 minutes for yesterday. Then I looked at the calories burned report for yesterday, and it looks correct. So I'm having trouble figuring out what could be the problem.

Some days I enter the morning walk and when I go back to enter the evening walk, the morning walk is gone.

Other times I am reading the "reports" section and can see that for some days there is no fitness activity recorded.

Just to make sure I'm understanding correctly, when you add the activity, some days it shows up in your reports and some days it doesnt, even though it's in your tracker for the day?

Yesterday. March 26. I walked 30 minutes total with my dog. I had saved the activity in my favorites so I could just click it and add the minutes.

The activity is walking 4 mph

I know it's me because some days it does register!

Is that enough information?

Can you be specific with a day and activity that's not showing up and we can check it out? Also let me know which report you're looking at.

I must be missing a button or something, but I've noticed that the fitness activities I enter often do NOT register in the reports.
Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
