Isn't it great when being 'overweight' is a good thing? Well done on your hard work!

I know how you feel. I remember going from "obese" to "overweight." I hadn't expected to be so excited about being overweight LOL

I have lost 55 lbs and am no longer in the obese range! 35 lbs more to go and I know I can do it. I can't even pick up 55 lbs - how did I manage to carry that around on me? Now I know why I have so much more energy. I'm looking forward to getting rid of the other 35 lbs.
