Morning. I normally weigh in on a Saturday but I am going to be away until Sunday. Do you think I should go with the weight I am today and log that as my weight, or weigh in Sunday? I'm on weight watchers, and on Saturday's my points reset, so I may overindulge a little on Sat, which then could affect the number on Sunday. I'm kinda thinking I should go with today's weight, but just wanted other people's opinions.
