Thanks for your comment and advise. Although I know I shouldn't have taken a nap, I was out of energy (only 3 hrs sleep). Actually I was re-engerized after the nap. The next day, I did not nap although limited amount of sleep.
As far as not getting out of the bed when I wake up, sometimes I'm out of the bed when I wake up. I wake up on the average of 3 times a night hallucinating and sometimes in a state of fright. I 've been told by my doctor that I might have sleep apathy and to get tested.
I thought I'd keep this sleep journal to determine if eating properly and working out as much as possible will eliminate the frequent wake up and hallucinating. If not, I'm going in to take the test.
