As good as my feeling was at the beginning of the week I ended it today with poor choices and lack of exercise. Not sure what happened today but I really blew it. I know I did and tomorrow will be another day. I am fired up and ready to go. I think everyone has a day like today. You know it wasn't even a bad day I was just lazy. It seemed no amount of pep talks were going to work. I will do it better tomorrow.

Congratulations! I know what you mean about being able to walk more and do more now that you're more fit and carrying less weight. I was keeping up with my daughter on a recent visit (something I couldn't do before) and it felt amazing! I also know what you mean about being sore from a workout - I AM. I worked out Tuesday and really got in to doing squats - ouch. Thanks for the motivation to go back and give it all I've got.

Last week I exercised too much and was really sore. It would have been easy for me not to do anything but instead I took things slow and pushed through the soreness and kept on exercising. And then yesterday I went for a walk with my 23 yr old daughter and she was winded when we were done. I felt I could do more. What a great feeling
