women tend to be really critical of their own bodies. Flaws that we see, no one else sees. The fact is, over 90% of the women of the world have cellulite. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. That's despite what the fashion magazines say. The fashion industry has women convinced that beautiful women don't have cellulite. Well, do you know why you don't see women with cellulite in the magazines ? It's because it has been airbrushed out. Go out and buy a copy of the Enquirer. They regularly like to show celebrities who have (gasp) cellulite.
The thinnest super model has cellulite and that's okay ! Do you know, there was a time when beautiful women were celebrated for having cellulite ? Look at the photos of Sophia Loren and Raquel Welch, they had cellulite and no one cared.
anyway... where am I going with this ? The point, a woman shouldn't be bothered by having some cellulite. We all have it. it what's makes us women. if you had no body fat, you'd look like an adolescent boy. If you want a curvy figure, you have to accept the cellulite as part of being female.
Now, if you'd like to increase your definition, then you need to do some strength training. Have you been doing any strength training ? If you want to tighten up your body, strength training is the way to go. Will you get rid of the cellulite ? Nope. most women will always carry some cellulite. Women body builders don't have cellulite, but would you really want to work out that many hours a day ?
Which is what a woman would have to do if she wanted to get rid of her cellulite. She'd have to be constantly dieting and constantly exercising. And well, that's not healthy.
Try not to worry that you have some cellulite, if you want to tighten up and see some shape to your body, then do make sure you're strength training. Adding lean muscle can help you feel better about your body.
