Right now I'm loving my "Body by Vi" shake. Also, the Quaker on the go Oatmeal bar is good.

Eggs and fruit is my go-to breakfast.
The eggs cook up fast and you can eat them fast, they aren't super hot and need to cool. I make them either over-easy or an omelet if I'm adding veggies and cheese. Sometimes I put salsa or chimichurri on top of the omelet for variety. For fruit I pick things like berries/pears/apples that I don't have to peel.
It's a meal you can make and eat in under 10min.

protein shake and fruit as soon as i wake up and then mid morning after my workout i have something more hardy...either tuna with salsa or an onion, mushroom omelet.

If you have 10 minutes then healthy pancakes are so good! In a blender mix 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese and a teaspoon of vanilla. Blend until it is pancake consistency, cook just as you would a regular pancake. I like to top mine with honey and fresh fruit or a splash of real maple syrup. I was skeptical at first but they are really good!

I've always been a fan of the drinkable yogurt smoothies, especially when your on the go or short for time. Special k makes a meal bar that is good and filling, too. Sometimes I make an omelet with veggies and turkey sausage before I go to bed and then I just have to heat it up in the morning and it's good to go.
