Think of things you can prepare the night before, too. I like yogurt and Bob's muesli with berries. And it works out great because it needs overnight to soften.

Right now I'm loving my "Body by Vi" shake. Also, the Quaker on the go Oatmeal bar is good.

Eggs and fruit is my go-to breakfast.

The eggs cook up fast and you can eat them fast, they aren't super hot and need to cool. I make them either over-easy or an omelet if I'm adding veggies and cheese. Sometimes I put salsa or chimichurri on top of the omelet for variety. For fruit I pick things like berries/pears/apples that I don't have to peel.

It's a meal you can make and eat in under 10min.

protein shake and fruit as soon as i wake up and then mid morning after my workout i have something more hardy...either tuna with salsa or an onion, mushroom omelet.

You could do some make ahead stuff that you just grab and go:

Protein pancakes

Eggs, sausage, veggies and bake in muffin tins

Bake oatmeal, egg white and fruit and make into bars

My go-to is plain oatmeal with blueberries, a banana, and Greek yogurt. I also enjoy Fiber One cereal with fruit and Greek yogurt. Both take less than 5 minutes to throw together.

Boiled eggs are my go-to quick breakfast. They're high in protein, low in calories, and can be cooked a dozen at a time and refrigerated, so all you have to do is peel and eat!

I always eat eggs, ham and lots of veggies. My mid-morning snack is fruit with dairy so it's more balanced.

I have a Smart One English Muffin breakfast ...very filling with a piece of fruit

If you have 10 minutes then healthy pancakes are so good! In a blender mix 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese and a teaspoon of vanilla. Blend until it is pancake consistency, cook just as you would a regular pancake. I like to top mine with honey and fresh fruit or a splash of real maple syrup. I was skeptical at first but they are really good!

I've always been a fan of the drinkable yogurt smoothies, especially when your on the go or short for time. Special k makes a meal bar that is good and filling, too. Sometimes I make an omelet with veggies and turkey sausage before I go to bed and then I just have to heat it up in the morning and it's good to go.

I like plain greek yogurt with a packet of Stevia and 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, sometimes I will add some protein powder too.
