Since you have the nutritional info, you can click on the add ingredient button, then click on the link in the upper right corner of that window to Enter a Food Not Listed. Once you do that, you can manually enter the nutrition info for that item and then use that in your recipe.

Hi, I am brand new today and am trying to enter a recipe, but cannot find powder milk, I have all the nutritional info, but have no idea how to add it to the food list. I see that * means somone has added that ingredient, please can you tell me how to do this. Thank-you,
