Go to SparkRecipes.com, in the upper right corner there is a tab for My Recipes - roll your mouse over that tab and select My Recipe Box from the drop-down menu. That will get you to your recipe box if you don't have a direct link. To edit, you can click the edit button next to it, make your corrections and resubmit it. To delete, click the button next to that to remove it.

I checked your recipe box and see that there are two recipes listed there: recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-box.asp
. Are those what you are looking for?

Were you able to find it? Are you still having trouble with this?

Thanks!!! I must not have "saved" the recipe because now I can't even find it.

On sparkrecipes.com, go to your recipe box, then to the right of the recipe name, there is an edit button. Click that and then adjust the servings, and then save again.

ok - got the recipe entered, but discovered that I failed to list number of servings. Is there a way to go back in and submit 4 servings instead of one. Makes a big difference in the nutritional content! lol

Yes! You can go to SparkRecipes.com and use the recipe calculator to do that.

Does Sparkpeople have a way to type in a recipe and have the nutritional values, calories, fat, protein, etc - calculated?
