I love love love shrimp but I am not allergic to all shellfish :(
You can do so much with shrimp here are some ideas
3 tsp of olive oil, 2 tsp of cant believe its not butter 7 cloves of finely chopped garlic and one small onion finely chopped let veggies cook a couple minutes add shrimp and cook until solid pink and one fresh lemon worth of juice and deglaze pan garnish with fresh parsely and a little red pepper flakes serve over whole wheat pasta
shrimp stir fry - buy the stir fry mix from your grocery or make your own with all your fave veggies - add a little low sodium soy to your pan, garlic little fresh ginger and chili sauce if you want add all the veggies cook through and add shrimp lastly cook till solid pink serve with brown rice
