I just rec'd my copy of the 28 day bootcamp expecting it to be much like the 7 day DVD FFand Fired up but sadly it wasn't structured that way (that I could find). I did the full body workout yesterday and it was way beyond the pale in some areas.
I joined the challenge hoping to find more info on the best way to use this DVD. Now I find myself in this forum seeking answers.
I'm 58, female and would like to lose 22 lbs by June. I have started exercising every day. some strength but always cardio. Yesterday I did the full body on the 28 day challenge DVD (barely). last night I did a step workout (30 minutes).
Since I've always heard that strenth training should be done every OTHER day - I'm not quite sure how to participate in the 28 day challenge. Is it only 10 minutes a day and then I add my own cardio? Is this DVD much different than the FF+F up? Those are 10 minutes a day and stated day 1 , day2 etc. I guess I thought the 28 day would be much the same but have days 1 thru 28?
I started my weight loss/fitness plan about 3 weeks ago and have only lost about 1 lb even though I do track my calories using FITBIT. I can only hope I"m building muscle because this could get very discouraging.
Any help which would point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
