I hope things are getting better for you. Keep focus on the small blessings in your life, maybe write them down so you can read them when things feel overwhelming. Take a walk or just sit outside and try to relax for a little while, take a few minutes for yourself might help you regroup. Wishing you the best!!! emoticon

Wow, that does sound stressful.

It's been a while since you posted, I hope things are better now. Destress as much as you possibly can - stress is bad for our health.

my family (hubby and kids) were in a minor accident yesterday,we are not at fault and now im having pain issues. also my mom is still recovering from a bad bout of diverticulits. she has been sick for over a month. i thought she was getting better but she told me today she still doesn't have much of an appetite. she seems to have given up hope of getting better.so stressed,
