Thanks guys.. i made it, i don't really get to do to much when i am at work i am a receptionist so i basically just sit. so i try and make excuses to get up for a bit. last night i ended doing calf raises while waiting for some one to win 10,000 dollars lol.

Many people will drink soda for the caffeine kick to stay awake. I usually put lemon juice in my water when I need a spark to my afternoon, plus the lemon juice is good for you I was told in Re: to the weight loss process.
Buy a few lemons or the lemon juice and keep them in your fridge at work!

A brisk walk is a great idea. And if you can't walk, you can usually at least stand up and stretch a bit. Deep breaths, some water, and a bit of shaking the body around will usually help refresh me.

So i have one more hour of work left but i am so exausted i can hardly keep my eyes open i don't even know why i am so tired all of the sudden prolly because it is 10 pm and i should be sleeping lol. but right now just looking for a comforting friend to keep me awake for another hour maybe i will go do a walk around to get some calories burned..
