Looks like you are already learning the 'good and bad' Keep it up. Portion control is a big problem for me.

Ok, so this is not great, but it is better than what I normally do! I work at a supermarket. Some days I go in to work in the afternoon, some days in the morning. I am not a morning person..........so I reward myself with a pastry from the bakery each day I have to work early! ........ I know, I know..........don't judge!!!! LOL Anyway today, I bought a box of pastries, normally by ten they would have been all eaten, by me! I did eat 4 of them (they were small! ........ stop laughing!!!) I gave one to my shift manager ( I really don't care for him, so that was a real sacrifice .... hehe!) Then I gave the rest to the gals in the floral department. Yay me!! Now some would not think that this is a good thing, but for me it is going to be about babysteps and recognizing what is good for me and what is bad for me and about choices. Maybe next time I will only have three.....or maybe I will get the grapes and munch on them through out the day! Anyway, just wanted to share!
