thank you everyone for your input and support. I am eating enough fiber, and protein, carbs and all. I think it must be the exercise. I noted that this program suggested I increase my cals because of how much I was burning and I didn't think I could ever make it up that high but I did.

I have noticed that i am more hungry because of exercising. I event posted a question about my constant hunger as well. In the beginning of February i managed to get sick with flu. I stopped exercising all together as i was feeling weak. I was very surprised that my eating decreased significantly. While on my normal day i would eat around 1700 calories now i was eating 1200. My appetite is back again. Exercising too!

Are you eating enough during the day ? Are you eating a nutritious, filling breakfast ? Many people in a quest to speed up their weight loss, will dramatically cut their caloric intake at first. this is not healthy. Eating too little during the day can cause a person to be ravenous later.
Also, if you recently did begin a quest for a healthier lifestyle, you must give your body time to adapt to the new changes. NO ONE ever became a healthy eater overnight. it's impossible. a person should slowly ease into eating fewer calories so that they don't end up hungry later.
Are you eating enough foods that are high in fiber ? eating foods that are high in fiber help keeps our blood sugar levels stable. Eating foods that are high in fiber help keep a person full for longer too. What foods are high in fiber ? Fresh fruit and veggies, whole grain breads and cereals, beans are a great source of fiber. And protein. are you eating enough protein ? eating some protein with your meals can also help keep a person full for longer.
Mostly, you need to tell us a bit more about yourself and what you eat. Since we don't know anything about you, we're just taking educated guesses why you're hungry.

Are you getting enough fat and protein? Are you drinking enough water? Are you eating because of real hunger or is it emotional? There are soooo many factors!
For almost a whole week before my TOM I am insatiably hungry as well. Now that I am watching what I eat I do eat more during that week I just make sure that I am eating clean and healthy and not a bunch of crap...
