Mine is between supper & bedtime too. Probably not the best thing but I love to sit around and knibble on pumpkin seeds. Positive it beats a rootbeer float though.

GOAL: Reduce A1C,BP,tryglicerides,and weight. HOW? By not eating added sugar, using Omega3s, base meals on veggies, water aerobics at least 3X week and using NuStep when I can't get to the pool.

How about a poll asking when in the day is the hardest to resist temptation?

before lunch
late afternoons
before dinner
early evening
just before bedtime

or whatever.....

mine is all evening, but especially before bedtime
